Refund policy

We want you to pay only for conversions that actually help you. You can preview every page of every converted file and download the first 3 PDFs and the first Word file of each upload for free before buying anything.

When we refund

• Most of the files in your paid upload failed to convert, or the results (PDF or Word) are unusable for you.
• You were charged twice or by mistake.
• The service was unavailable and you could not download your files within the 7 days before they were deleted.

Write to support@pubrescue.net within 14 days of purchase with your order number (from the Lemon Squeezy receipt email) and a short description of the problem. We answer within 2 business days and refund the full amount to the original payment method. You don't need to send us your files.

How refunds are processed

Payments are handled by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy and usually appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. After a refund, the downloads and any pass code bought with that order stop working.

EU and UK customers

By requesting immediate access to downloads you agree that the service starts at once, and you acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal ends once the digital service has been fully provided. This does not limit the refund promise above.
